It was seen that process improvement can be efficiently done only with a tool supporting the cash collection process. A web portal was implemented with functionality to support daily activities of cash collection as well as fea tures fulfilling the needs of managers. The tool was deployed for global use, as a target to make receivables handling more proactive and efficient.
As a result our client has now a tool for collection process, but also capability to measure the process from various different angles.
