I came to Eximia in 2007 from Medictes, where I worked as a Software Designer. Eximia was about to start a new project in England and they needed somebody to the location, so I went and worked there for 1.5 years.

I enjoy working in the customer interface. I get to understand how clients businesses and inner processes are working which helps me to offer them right kind of services and solutions. My work is very often challenging but that's what makes it so enjoyable. What drives me on in my work is interesting situations, people and the work itself.

In Eximia we have a very good working environment. The company strategy is organized but free from unnecessary hierarchy. The great thing also is that the company gives you as much responsibility as you want and if you need support from your co-workers, you can always count on it.

I studied and graduated from international IT-engineering. I have been working in many different areas but Business Intelligence was not so familiar to me until I started here in Eximia at 2008. I am a fast learner though, which is why I have always managed to adapt different kinds of working roles pretty fast.

My work here is interesting and challenging; work in never boring and no day is the same. I like working here because the working environment is great; workers are committed and very skilled in their field. My sense of humor is also similar with others and I can count on getting support whenever I need it. I have been working in big companies before but Eximia is by far the best working place ever.

I am interested in all kinds of new programming technologies, but especially the Java programming language, principles and ecosystems interest me. What motivates me in my work is the challenge. When somebody says it can't be done I say, "yes it can!"

My co-workers are all unique personalities and everyone has their own strengths. Our work environment is a mix of laid-back attitude, strong competence and commitment to our work. Here in Eximia everybody is regarded as an individual and everybody has an opportunity to try out different roles from designing to execution. Our wishes are also regarded. What makes this also a great place to work is that the projects vary and we have the opportunity to really apply our skills in them.

I started working in Eximia as a software designer and BI-consultant in 2005. Since 2007 I have been the CEO.

I am especially interested in completely new and advanced BI-solutions, in other words visions of how stored information in companies can be utilized and shown in different organization levels. Nothing is more rewarding than executing new services and solutions to the right customer environment and realizing how much it benefits the client.

What motivates me in my work is challenging work assignments, brilliant co-workers and open working environment, which also makes this so good place to work in.
